...and it could be weeks before someone finds you a slot on another team, so just live each day right now (financially) as if you knew you were going to be laid off next week, socking away ANY pennies you can, because especially the older (untransitioned) accounts ARE currently in the process of being switched. Once EHR is operational, there will only be the dregs flowing through to you, if any. Within 6 weeks of that precipitous decline, it goes away altogether.
No warning. None. Good luck. You are very likely the next ones to fall, as they are very actively rolling out the software changes as I type. It won't take you experienced MTs to get that new software trained either, since you are so familiar with those providers.
