HIPAA. You need to do it during one of your working hours and you will get paid to do it. You're not supposed to do it on your off time. You also need to have your HDSM approve the time you want to do it - email her/him and tell her you want to do it from ex: 10-11 a.m. on whatever day and she will approve (or disapprove) it and then you can do your training. READ THE EMAIL - it's self-explanatory.
