The audit system at Command Health is a complete JOKE of a process. It depends on whether the auditor likes you or not. Yes, they provide a grading scale however, depending on how close you are to either the manager or the auditor is honestly what makes or breaks your audit. If you get in good with an female "higher-up" you magically never get audited at all! It's shocking. They are breaking all sorts of labor laws but just have deep enough pockets to make the discrepancies go away quietly.
