I went from acute care (MTSO) to local clinic/family practice work. I have a friend who also left a big MTSO for the same local FP and we have both commented about how much we miss OP reports. Acute care was so much more interesting but it was a trade off I was willing to make for less MTSO-induced stress and more money.
