I get a lot of endocrinology and nephrology and occasionally dentistry. Yep, dentistry. Children admitted to the hospital to have their teeth overhauled. Now that was a learning curve.

Oh, and don't forget infectious disease and otolaryngology.

It's taken me YEARS to learn the terminology for acute care and I also learn every day.
