The stress from the bullying, sitting for way too long, etc all takes its toll on our health and science is finding out now that stress hormones fuel cancer cells. Sorry but that's just WAY too much power to give any company over our mental and physical health and for what ... minimum wage?
I'm no longer reading my audits and feedback either and haven't, for months now. If they need to contact me to give me my walking papers they have my number. Otherwise, their correspondence is no longer opened. Performance management, audits, and nasty snide emails from the TSM mean nothing to me anymore and not acknowledging them is my way of protecting myself and my peace of mind. IT WORKS.
