One says: "Do not email MM. EVER!!"
The other says: "Do not read feedback ever. DON'T DO IT. Just don't."
Have gotten sucked into too many frustrating back-and-forth email sessions due to emails that are read incorrectly, answered incorrectly, or never answered at all.
And have gotten too upset over stupid, stupid feedback, all for naught. They always win, never the MT, or so they think. I only look at feedback to see how many blanks the dictator got stuck with...hoping ALL of them.
Sometimes I start to get sucked in...but I look at my notes, walk away, and remember it's not worth it. No sense dying of a heart attack over this heartless company...because I've been close.
