Telling someone the name of a good employer does not mean that they are after your job. I've never worked for any of them but have always been reluctant to recommend employers; what is a good fit for me might not be for someone else. There is also something to be said for people doing their own research and homework, which is how most people get hired. My experience with male bosses has been less than stellar, but to each their own.
