Frankly, it is not your problem whether Obamacare pays or does not pay. Your contract is not with Obamacare. You work for a company; you have a contractual agreement and it is their legal duty to pay you on time. When I owned a company, I had a line of credit at my business bank which I could draw on if a cash flow problem were to ever arise. It is as simple as this: You performed the work, and now you need to be paid. If I told the bank I could not pay my mortgage because I someone else could not pay me, do you think they would be sympathetic? Not a bit, and neither should you be. Please don't enable them by accepting any kind of excuses, whether they cannot pay because of Obamacare or the dog ate the homework or the moon is in Fresno. Don't accept excuses; if they do not pay, go to the Labor Board. Good luck!
