Hi Nick, I assume you're the Nick that is in law school? Do I have a leg to stand on? I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have implemented their "exciting" new pay plan without making sure they were doing nothing illegal. As somebody above posted, as much as it stinks, the bottom of the grid is minimum wage. IF you jump through all the hoops, then you get an incentive/bonus, whatever term they apply to it. Thanks for any advice.
