When the "exciting" new compensation plan was laid out for us, we were giddily told they were moving away from PUNITIVE post auditing and their focus was on patient safety. This is complete and utter bullsh#t. If anything, they are more punitive now than ever and it is an insult they try to shove it down our throats anything audited is "RANDOM."
