I have received a QA major error alert, audit done today on report done 2 days ago. All (5) reports QA'd from last week were 100% (truly not bragging by any means -- just must have become the worst transcriptionist ever this week - ha). This report had one 3.0 error (lab result they heard differently) and a 1.0 error (date they heard differently) for a grand QA score so far for this week of 94.03%. I have doubts that I can bring that up this week to 99%. One report -- these are the incredibly discouraging times. I hear your pain.
