It's either "show improvement" or else.
How can I show improvement? I bust my butt every day doing the best that I can, and it's just under the 300 lph. The only way I can "improve" is to blank rather than research and skip every ESL job that comes my way -- that is, IF enough of them come my way!
If my best isn't good enough for them, they might as well pink-slip me now. Because I am NOT going through this again with another company. When they are done with me, I am done. Period.
Except for the 26 weeks of collecting, that is!!!!
