There are a couple people on my team I know personally who are making more money on the grid system as compared to what they were making at Nuance before the grid. None of us makes as much as we were before being outsourced by the hospital. I'm hit or miss. If I can keep my pending to NTS QC to under 10 percent then I do well, but that seems to be every other week and not every week.
