Minor vascular status? - stumped

This is an orthopedic clinic note of a crush injury to the hand. Doctor says, "He does have decreased sensation in the finger. M____ vascular status is intact other than the neurologic changes." S/L maybe "minor vascular status" but in a sloppy sort of way. I don't hear the "n" in "minor." Thanks.

It could be microvascular. I'll have to take another listen tomorrow. If I'm still not hearing it, I'll have to ask him.

ortho reports daily and I have a dictator who says every day in every single report... "neurovascular status intact OR neurovascularly intact."

I hear neurovascularly intact or neurovascular status is intact all the time by the other providers.I've been transcribing that phrase for 5-plus years. That's not what this new doctor is saying. I know that for sure. I guess I will find out today what it is.

It is "myovascular status" which is pertaining to muscle and blood vessels.
