WTF?! They are forcing us to sign this saying we agree to allow them to pay us even less than they already are if they so choose to??? Are they going to fire us if we don't sign it??

Nothing that Nuance does is for our benefit. If anyone thinks so, then that is a 'CRITICAL ERROR' on your part.
They don't have to give us notice to reduce our paychecks, then we don't give YOU notice when we decide LEAVE. Fair is fair!!

Thought that after not having enough work for a couple years now and always chasing work, I'd now have a "real job" as an employee and wouldn't have to worry about a steady paycheck and paying the bills anymore. horrible ESL accounts, horrible teaching facilities with residents who don't know how to dictate. By the time you get used to them, they're gone. I have been insulted by taking an enormous pay cut for the over rated, under performing ASR. Through all of this, I have mostly been happy with my job.
