Is Accentus part of Nuance?

I currently work for Nuance and am looking for part time work. Accentus is hiring but I heard Nuance bought them out. In case you haven't seen it on the other boards, just announced this morning. Accentus is actually Canadian company. I have to wonder about monopoly laws, but maybe with them being Canadian it won't matter? That is unfair. They should just advertise under Nuance now. People might jump to the job thinking it is another company, and come to find out it is Nuance. This is false advertising. I am considering a part time position with this company. As a part time employee, I was expecting the hours to be 4 hours a day, but a friend of mine also with Nuance says part time involves 8 hours on either Sat. or Sun.
