now is that I would really love to tell somebody off!! Yes, I know that may sound childish, but this company has put my stress level through the roof, my blood pressure through the roof, and their BS has me so pissed off, if I were in an office where they were I would find great satisfaction in letting them have it verbally, not in writing. Yes, I would be fired on the spot, but it would be so worth it. It's just not the same when they don't have to face someone in person. That's how they get away with this BS so easily!!

I'm so glad I can at least rant on this board!

That is why they can get away with this. There is not a building full - of employees to get up and walk out.

If we were all in house--no matter where in the country--it would be way easier to get up and all walk out. Then let them crawl to us.

The way we are all scattered works to THEIR benefit. It makes it harder to organize at least a walk out in protest. Not that it would get us anything, but at least we could let our feelings be known en mass.

I am just sick about this, want to quit before I have a stroke. Am 62, don't know what to do. Refuse to guess, today had a whole bunch of unfamiliar doc names in reports had to leave blank. Tomorrow will that count against me if I just use the 10 underscores and not sent to qa? So confused....

If we were all in an office right now they would not have the ______ (that's right, that's a blank) to do this to us. We would all be together and there is power in numbers.

They have stripped us of all power and the stress level is just too much. That's why I say this has become a hostile work environment.

Enough is enough.

My brain is hurting right now, because I am trying to come up with the best way for us all to be in this together and get something done. Just walking away myself is not enough.

and start the ball rolling. I know 2 of my fellow employees at that Big Invisible Company In The Sky. They think by keeping it a secret who our co-workers are, that we have no power. Well, remember that old "6 degrees of separation"? If I know 2, the I'm sure each of the 2 I know also know 1 or 2 besides me. And so on, and so on. Kinda like a chain letter.

What MTs REALLY need, is for one of them to get a job INSIDE the Magic Circle. Infiltrate and expose. Then get Labor Law involved.

We were told years ago never to delete any communication from MQ. I know among my 10000s of emails there are few that actually have all the email addresses of everyone in my group at the top of them.

Actually, with all the B.S. that's gone down lately, not just at MQ but everywhere, I'm surprized a bunch of MTs with nothing left to lose (and isn't that most of us?) haven't flown to wherever corporate HQ is, barged right on in, and......

a) Given them a piece of their mind.
b) Quit.
c) Threatened to sue.
d) Shot somebody and/or taken hostages.
e) All of the above.

By sheer percentages, the number of MTs across the nation who are mad as hell, have lost their healthcare or even their HOME, and who now have little left to lose, raises the odds of a similar calamity striking one or more of those people. If I were one of them, I'd make a little withdrawal from my billion-dollar bank account, and buy me a bullet-proof vest. They seem to be banking on the fact that women are "less violent" than men. Boy, do they ever have that wrong. If someone gets us riled, I think we can be far WORSE.

Becoming pretty much inactive, get up, login and work. Get off, turn on the TV and lay down or maybe spend a few hours on your favorite website. As far as making meals, they are far and few between because you eat in between working, breaks or just grab something totally unhealthy when you get off. For years, I NEVER got dressed. Worked in sweats, pulled my hair back and that was it. For the past six months or so, I get completely dressed, put on makeup, and for some reason, I feel A LOT better now and enjoy my work more! I am needing to replace my computer-- my desktop is so slow it is really nonfunctional and I fried my laptop. My question is, I would prefer to buy another laptop but if I wanted to do work from home, does a laptop really suffice? Got an office job 3 days a week making $15 hour, still will do Mt prn, but won't have to stress anymore about my lines. I am glad I got to stay home with my kids over those years, but if I had to do it again, I would of stayed working.
