New version of docuscribe again?? Failed to download - Sunflower

Is there anyone having trouble getting into docuscribe. I saw a few messages this morning but nothing of late. I called tech support and told me to get in touch with sup?? what the heck is going on??

when did we get another new version? - you mean the fix to 6.1?

I got in and have been having no problems working. Not sure what you are experiencing. Did you get in touch with sup as suggested?

tech told me over the phone it was just in the North region. He said sup should have sent an email out about this. I did not receive any email explaining any update from sup. I just emailed tech support and I did leave a voice message on sup's phone but no response yet. Sounds crazy to me, why just in the north region??

I have a feeling that the North Region will be the first to go buh-bye too!

The new version (fix) is updated just like when you updated to 6.1. Go to documanage, docqscribe and update.

Maybe because I received a new computer a few weeks back mine did not have the fix to the upgrade??? Why was I able to work up until last night. I know they did their update or whatever it was last night but never expected not to log in. Tech support was not very helpful at all. I thought to go to docqmanage also but thought my ccm had to send me some instruction first. Talk about IN THE DARK. Thank you again.

I did the "fix" (I am in the South) and actually - quite pleased.

All the slowness and clunkiness are gone. Kind of back like it was before. For once, it may have actually worked (yeah I probably jinxed it).

When did you do the fix? Glad its working for you. Mine seems okay too. Actually it was working pretty fast for me before I just did this upgrade so I thought I was already set to go. Halloween came early for me. tick or treat anyone?

I think it was Friday, but I live in a MQ haze and - days run together sometimes

Uploading and downloading faster. Physician look up faster by 100%. Very plesed.

does anyone have docuscribe installed on a 64-bit computer? I have windows Vista 64-bit and support told me it will not work, that it is too fast for docuscribe to handle. Is anyone still using the original Docuscribe? I have not downloaded the 6.1 or done the training yet as I was ill during the time we were told to download. Tech support told me there were lots of problems with it and not to download it just yet. My supervisor hasn't said anything about it. Are there still problems with it and is the training helpful I hear you get paid 1.5 hours of PTO for doing it, is that enough time? I am surprised we didn't get a conf ...

Probably 30+ minutes ago, I got a red light saying my connection was lost. However, I still had internet, going to multiple web sites, so I called the 1-800 number. I was told it was on my end, to shut everything down and re-start. I've done so multiple times with the same results - no problem with anything on the internet, but cannot log on Docuscribe. I finally found a tech to help me on this one after adjusting the brightness if there is anyone out there that HATES that blinding bright white screen. I adjusted the contrast to 5.8 and brightness to about 5.8. It tones it alll down quite a bit. You first click the minus button, then the first button on the monitor to increase or decrease. It kind of mellows down that bright white screen to a very light grey. ...

Found out the hard way just this week that download speed is now 2 mbp or greater, with fluency shutting down on uploads. When did this happen? I was treated as if it is my ISP that is below-par on speed, but had upped to a 1.5 mbp plan just for "Q" a year ago. Did my ISP just stop working well with Fluency, or did the "Q" once again cause issues without allowing its employees who are home-based to plan for them.
