Ipswitch email problem - SCMT

I am not able to get past the first page of my email messages. When I move the thing below the page to page 2, 3, etc., it just sits there and never goes there. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

start saving mail into folders? - then you wouldnt have all those pages...

Had the exact same problem. So like the other poster said, I started loading all emails into folders or deleting them (those that were updates from months ago, or those about tickets resolved, etc) And the emails I didnt feel comfortable deleting I put in folder labeled useless emails. I went through like 30-40 pages of email and just all of a sudden, I could get to page 2 etc. I wondered if it was because my email was so full and once I got the numbers down, it worked

Thanks. It just seemed to weird not to be able to get to page 2, etc. I guess I will have to start saving them too.

I Keep Folders - Or Delete

I completely delete backlog updates, or corporate e-mails that don't have anything to do with me. I have a separate folder for each of my accounts, so if I get feedback or there's a change in this or that, I can just file it.

I was told they are getting rid of ipswitch soon - sm

and that I need to switch over soon..I cant get the new mail to work correctly..They spend soo much time switching crap around it is ridiculous..And what they switch too always seems to be worse then the last.

Click Preferences on the left and make sure your email address says what you think it does (should end in mmodal.com). If it doesn't, it's the reason you don't hear back from your TSM. You can correct it and then click Save to fix the problem. ...

Ipswitch won't send email, just gets stuck in the sending mode. No error messages, nothing. Just that circle going around and around. Tech support asked me to send an email to myself while on the phone with him. I did that, and it worked instantly. I tried it again after I hung up, and it wouldn't work. The same thing now. This is so frustrating. Any advice would really be appreciated...Thanks!! ...

you'd seen it all! Now, if I even make it into the crapola system, I can't get past the first page. I can't put a page # in the Go To box, I can't move to the next page by the arrow. I can't look at my sent box or anything but the first page of the in-box. Just curious if that had happened to anyone else and if so, what did you do about it. TIA! ...

something like "correction to previous" email regarding line rate increase. At first I thought, okay, that virtually nil line raise WAS a mistake and now they will be giving us a more reasonable raise. Nope, it was the same exact amount. wanting everyone to work a weekend day. I personally can only work M-F and was hired on as such. I know some people probably already have mandated weekend shifts, but I have another job I work weekends. I wonder what would happend if I refuse to work weekends?
