Would like some feedback good or bad on Transform - supplemental income

Would like some feedback good or bad on Transform. Thinking of applying with them for supplemental income. I heard they hire as an IC.

I have them as supplemental income as a part time employee but they do offer IC as well. I would give them a shot.

They truly are a good company. I worked for them for a short time mid-year but had personal issues/depression and wasn't being productive so resigned. Everyone was very nice and helpful, never ran out of work, and good platform (though predominantly VR). I'm not particularly fond of VR, especially with industry rates, but they have a mentor who will work with you to try and get your speeds up. Wish I hadn't flubbed up with them. Anyway, best of luck to you!

have not had a response from them at all. I know 16 years epxerience is not that much anymore, but I would hope I rated at least an interview:(

that they don't have any open positions right now. Work can be a little light with all companies around the holidays. Maybe you'll have better luck in a few months.

It's clear from reading these posts that there are some people who are deliriously happy at Nuance, unless of course they are posting on its behalf to do damage control. My question is, those of you who are the happy ones, why? Do you do straight transcripion, editing, or both? Do you find that you are rarely OOW? Is anybody else going through this? Transform used to be a great company, been there for years making good pay, good accounts. Lately they have just insituted this fancy new "pay" system where our base pay has been decimated but we get to make up some of it up by jumping through all these hoops, like typing more than 1000 lines gets you a percentage increase (percentage of what), using typing keyboard "shortcuts" gets you more crumbs here and there. Transform out of Wyoming - their clinical account out of Montana - one of their oldest, largest accounts. Anyone notice on Monday mornings and afternoon there is little to no work? Tuesday mornings just a little, can run out even? I've also noticed other days the amount seems to be down. Work doesnt seem to start coming in until around 5 EST.
