TTS ANY Recent/Current INFO? - Mills

Can anyone offer some insight to this company? Just started with them and am not impressed with management. Owner seems to be a micromanager and communication is nonexistent except for the usual account TAT updates?

Try not getting your line count, and you'll see communication ramped up in a real hurry. Micromanagement? I agree, and it's tough to get your line count if you're maintaining the quality they want. I'm pretty frustrated with them right now and haven't been there very long.

The tech help is great, and there are some friendly folks there, but I don't appreciate the way I've been treated so far.

Don't know if they'll keep me or if I'll decide to keep them. We'll see. The pay isn't enough to put up with a lot of crap they've slung my way. Again, we'll see who sticks it out the longest, them or me. Right now, it's neck and neck with me getting a little more pissed by the day.

that the powers that be at TTS find out who you are and boot you to the curb for coming on here and bashing them. What happened to company loyalty? You get back in TTS what you put into it, just like any other company out there. With your cheery attitude, it's no wonder you can't live up to their expectations.

So, please quit if you are not able or willing to live up to the terms you agreed to when you signed up with TTS. The rest of us who enjoy working with them and are capable of meeting their quality and quantity standards will absorb the work you couldn't/wouldn't produce. Hopefully you read the part in the agreement where it clearly stated what was expected of you and seeing you signed it, you really have no reason to come on here and bash the company because you can't fulfill your part.

As for those of you who let the rants of others dictate what decision you should make in life, you'll be missing out on working with such a great company. I've been with them for a few years now and have never had a problem with management, owners.

TOO many ESL doctors. I only got mostly voice recognition. I made equivalent of $8 an hour, or less. It was hard to get motivated with the account I was on. Even with VR, you spent more time looking up prior than getting anything done. I kindly quit. I didn't find that they micromanaged, but more left me alone.

According to all the other information about this company on the company board here, all that you say here was said by most others already. I did work for them about a year, they let me go, as I could get a good evaluation, although I started out getting 99%+ for the first 6 months, and then all of a sudden I was in the 96% and not doing anything different. So you had better listen, relisten and relook at your reports before you send off, or the same will happen, and then there goes the line count. Not impressed with management either. Keep looking. There are other jobs out there. That is what I did, so I did have another job lined up, so did not get in the unemployment line too long. Not good, I did not even put that company on my resume. And the pay is one of the lowest I have seen in all the companies out there.

I was thinking about this thread before I got up, and I had already decided the same thing, in that I'm not even going to use them on my resume. I'm getting good quality ratings right now, too, but I'm also letting a lot of stuff go which is what they've encouraged me to do on the particular account. I've already told one of the managers that many things can affect your line count and got no response at all about that. I have to let stuff go in order to get the line count they want. If they have to pay minimum wage because of your line count, you'll be let go and, you're right, the pay is terrible. I'm still looking, too. I'm just not going to sweat it too much. They just don't pay enough to worry about it. I've been there about 3 months now, and it took me some time to get used to the account. Then a couple of other things happened which affected my line count. Anyway, it hasn't been a great experience, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Is there enough work during 3rd shift? Is the platform easy to use and easy to get your lines in with? How is the health insurance? I saw the premiums for the different levels but didn't see what type of coverage this is (deductible, copays, etc.).
