I was offered a phone interview by April, the person that responds to HR emails. We arranged several different days/times for the interview. The scheduled times would come and go with no phone call. This happened several times over the course of a month. I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt because she was so busy, and because I desperately need a job. This last time, she promised me that she would call. I even allowed her the availability to call me into the late evening because it suited her busy schedule better. When she didn't call AGAIN, I finally gave up on her. I have NEVER in my life dealt with anyone so unorganized and unprofessional.

Come on...let's grow up and be adults..was there any reason to come to a website and bash me. Please,if you have any questions or concerns just come to me and I can handle it. Also, for the MT who bashed me that seems to have needed an interview and cannot seem to get any response from me(I am unprofessional and unorganized), I am sure we probably decided that you didn't have enough experience for the account we were hiring for or you didn't meet the technical requirements which never leads to an interview. On the account we were hiring for it was necessary to have unlimited long distance as it is a Dictaphone account and we just started it this week. We typically utilize the Emdat software and we are just working out any issues that are arising as they go, as any professional would know when taking on a new account, especially one this large. We offer flexible scheduling, as well. Anything else you would like to know just contact us and I,or one of our team members,will be more than happy to assist you.

My intent was not to bash you on this board. I was sharing my bad experience with the people that wanted information on this company. It seems to me that this is partially what the boards are for. As far as you determining that I didn't meet the requirements to work for your company, that seems odd to me. My original email to you with my resume attached stated very clearly that I am a recent graduate. You offered me the phone interview anyway. I never had a chance to discuss technical requirements. If you never had any intentions of interviewing me, why would you continue to schedule and reschedule the interview, and then apologize over and over again when you didn't call? You strung me along for over a month. I really did want the opportunity to speak with you, and you made it seem that the feeling was mutual. I had a bad experience with you as a potential employer, and I shared that experience with the other people on this board. That is all. I apologize if you feel personally attacked. If I had had a good experience, I would have posted that response to the original post.

I would like for you and all new MTs to know that I do like to work with new grads, and sharing my 14 years of experience and mentoring newbies is not a "hassle" or a "problem" for me. Will you be at the Ohio Mini Symposium on Saturday, November 21st? I would love to meet you, and there will be no hard feelings. I am not understanding the "stringing" someone along, especially for over a month as I don't work this way. If you feel you have had a bad experience with our company then so be it. All MTSOs have had a bad review here and there along the way. The only problem with this is you may cause some people to miss out on the opportunity to work with someone who has been there, understands the needs of MTs and offers all of the sought-after benefits of being in a flexible position of working at home. I wish you much luck in your future endeavors.

I just started with this company and April is amazing, she is always there when you need anything or if you have questions. She is very professional. I give this company a 10 out of 10, and believe me, In my 9 1/2 years of transcribing, I have seen a lot of bad ones.. this company is great.

I also applied for that position with April, called and left a voice mail and never got a response. I have over 22+ years of radiology experience and no call. What's going on with these companies who need "immediate" help and then they never email/call???

There is more than one position. You must give us time, we have had over 300+ applicants. If you left a voicemail for April I know she will get back to you. Trust me the patients and their documentation are top priority to her.

Has anyone that sent a resume into Premier Solutions received any feedback? I worked about 3-4 weeks for SGS. The people were really really nice. The pay was on time. The problem lies with too many Q.A. people and all having different opinions and no one agreeing on the same thing. They nick-picked me to pieces. I had a job come up today and it was a STAT.
