ATSI MT world program. I just have to vent because - I think this is stupid

I would really like to know who comes up with these stupid programs that are supposed to benefit the transcriptionist.  This MT World program (you work in word) is just stupid in my opinion.  You have a box that comes up, then you have to check the schedule and select the date of visit, then you have to push a button to okay all this stuff, then you get into your report and you still yet have to hit another key to update the page so that it brings the demongraphics onto the page, then you have to select people to send a copy to (no they do not have this system set up so that every person who is dictating can get a copy).  How stupid is all of this.  It is just more time to have to do something other than type the d*** report.  I wish these people who think these programs that they come up with for us would just ask us so we can tell them what really, really, really would be the best thing.  How about the demographics come up and then we just select the proper date of visit and it automatically sends a copy to the person dictating and it also populates all of the demongraphics into the page when you go into it to type.  God forbid they someone should come up with a program that actually is beneficial to the transciptionist typing it.  I used to type over 2000 lines a day in 7-8 hours.  With all the extra things you have to do with all of these jobs, that will definitely be cut back.  When are they going to understand all this stuff that they have us doing, slows down the production of the MT.  I guess it really doesn't matter though, because they have enough MTs to get the work done and who cares if the MTs are not actually making money for themselves because the company will get their money from all of the MTs anyway.  Okay, sorry, but needed to vent.
