What's up with Precision Transcription doing away with grandfathered shift differential and pend incentives? They are one of the lowest paying trans companies around paying only 4 cents edited lines. The only redeeming factor is they offered shift differential, then late last year pend and quality incentives. Now they are taking away shift differential pay and pend incentives too? Anybody here an IC for them? How did you feel about this? Those frockers!
