I think you must be one in a few thousand that has a positive experience with them. Great, you have good accounts, etc. You are one in a few. The editors are under so much pressure to catch errors, the garble coming out of the mouths of docs is impossible to get correct even though you are expected to. I would be corrected and registering, the editors got it wrong and it was very clear that it was. And never, never get that comma wrong even though the editors got it wrong. It's a horrible slave job. Good for you that you have a good account.
