This company is the worst and should not be able to hire anyone and hopefully no one would work for them in the first place, much less apply.
They lie, the pay is beyond horrible, so much free work it isn't to be believed, no helpful communication and bad dictators.
When I worked for them, they were using Fluency and it was a nightmare. The demographics were like hieroglyphics.
I just quit and never looked back.
Also, they would send out these stupid emails, needing help desperately, and when you logged on nothing! Again, stay clear, don't contribute your time and knowledge so they can make money and give you nothing in return.
I am thinking this company was sold to India or some other company outside the US.
