It's all tied to how well someone dictates and how well you can do with them = how much money you make or lose.
Everyone has their own limits of what they can understand.
Even ten cents a line isnt' good money with a dictator from H, who has to constantly be backed up, re listened to, as well as things you have to look up because you can't understand the dictator and have to check on what you thought you heard or not.
The whole industry is for sh _ t.
