Yes, I worked for them and loved it. Then I stupidly quit when I got another MT job based here in the USA. I am reapplying with NT tonight. The dictation is very good and the QA people at NTS are normal people without huge egos that you find here in the US - they actually put the job first and although very good at their jobs, do not nitpick and put you down. Need help with anything? Skype or email and you will get an almost immediate response. They love US and Canadian MTs because we are half a world away and we help keep the TAT met! I hope they rehire me and I can kiss this Nuance-bot MT service I work at now goodbye.
