It says National Transcription Solutions, why is that fishy - they do not dock pay, you are jaded Posted: Jul 20th, 2018 - 10:24 am In Reply to: NTS, something fishy - Yeah Right
AU does not have MTs like America does, it is a relatively new at-home career there so the MTs from US are far more experienced and set up to work remotely. Pay is same for AU or US MTs, it is not an "offshore" situation as you are implying. Sorry you have become so jaded in your experience (understandable but still sad). This place is the real deal so take it or leave it but do not throw out accusations or insinuations that are just plain untrue. They are not Nuance in any shape or form. The pay is not outrageously high once you convert to US dollars, approx 7 cpl for training and 8.5 once passing training, but it's all straight trans, easy work, true IC status and better than most places here in the States pay. It's not for everyone, you have to learn British English spellings (spellchecker helps) and adapt to no BOS rules, mostly verbatim but it is best place I have worked in years FWIW.
