I was the exact opposite - sm

They told me years ago when we have NJA not to leave Fluency open and wait because it's under reporting of hours, which is time card fraud!!! Now I've been told that I should be leaving Fluency open and waiting for jobs while clocked off to avoid over reporting of hours, meaning clocked on but not working, which is also time card fraud. So do we get put on PM for over reporting, taken off, then put right back on for under reporting?

Not even kidding, this place give me migraines.
