This just really makes me angry. Why when there are no jobs allocated in our cue, that technical can't set up the system to have it coincide with workforce so as we are waiting for a job to download we are not penalized with not getting our line counts because of NJA situations when it is of no fault of us MTs. During our shift, we should be able to sit with fluency open to wait for a job without being penalized and have a loud bell to ring to alert us know when there is a job available. This is just so wrong. My opinoin.
