It did finally occur to me to type a 100 character line into word and do a line count (100 characters just to avoid the math needed for percentages). It said it was 78 characters without spaces. So that means 20% less "credit" without spaces? Alternatively I have to type 84 characters with spaces to get 65 without spaces, which I think is a 23% difference. Sigh. I'm not sure I'm less confused. I gotta choose SOMEHOW. I feel lucky to have choices, I just want to make the right one. Thanks!
