They can do call center work, factory work, customer service, IT, medical coding, accounting, medicine, you name it. All of that makes sense. But they are terrible at English as a second language much less medical language as a specialty. Even those who are more highly educated, as the ESL doctors who have come from India themselves are a perfect example of! I hate what it has done to my profession, but I still think it's hilarious: Of all fields to be attempted to be offshored, this is one that could only fail and yet they are still trying. Absolutely no sense to it at all.
