They do go to India, they just funnel them back to US - just saying

Either a US QA or tier 3 gets the reports so their initials are the final one on the report. The clients never know.

And only at Mmodal are you not allowed to put in for PTO for a holiday only to not have work and have to use PTO anyway. Once you get out in the real working world you will realize how ass backwards this company really is. They absolutely care nothing for their employees, I mean numbers.
