I haven't made my lines recently either. I just failed 2 audits this week. One was super low! It was a job I sent to QA and 1 of the mistakes the auditor even indicates was made by them. Way back when I was hired for Spheris they wanted 98% accuracy and 100 lph. They changed, I didn't. With that being said, I think this is grounds for unemployment because it is not insubordination. That is the only thing that keeps me from being totally panic stricken!
