The thing is, all their requirements are totally achievable, but they set us up for failure with the constant changing of accounts. It is impossible to be 100% perfect 100% of the time with hospitals A-Z inconsistently thrown at you, rarely getting the same client back to back. To this day they have yet to figure this out and it doesn't matter how many times I tell them how impractical, illogical, and stupid this method is, they just don't get it.
