I got a new supervisor in the shake-up a few weeks ago. I have never had this happen before.
I had 14 hrs of NJA this week (on SS, so I can live with it).
I put in for 4 hrs of unscheduled PTO; this has been approved.
I put in for 4 hrs EANP (which are given a certain amount for and which I have plenty of). This HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED.
Do you think I can be forced to use PTO for NJA situations if I have it available. I thought we could carry over 40 hrs into 2018. If she makes me use PTO, I guess when I want a week of vacation in February, I'll just have to up and quit on her. Too bad. (Do you think I'll let her know...no way!)
