I was simply trying to explain the process of a new account. If you can't wait, then I wouldn't work on a new account. I didn't understand the process either until we went through it. So I apologize for how this has went for you, but we have to make sure our facility gets what it needs as we are the ones paying for the service. We have in-house transcriptionists and what we have contracted for is overflow work. Again, I do apologize and didn't mean to create any hard feelings, just merely a different perspective.
