I brought up to my OM/TSMs several times how their sampling size was NOT a statistically significant sample, especially for someone with the production rate I had (out of over 15,000 lines a week they would sample 150 to 200). Also the way they changed the count of every report to 100 skewed things even more (you miss one word out of a 200 line report and that can be 97% accuracy??). Anyway, the complaints were never addressed in any way, shape, or form.
