Worked for these perhaps mobsters for 9 years (over 20 years experience as medical transcriptionist/editor). No benefits, then meager benefits, and recently jokester. Two manager types told me the Matrix bonus joke was based on 1-2% sampling. Sounds like sophomoric fraud to me. I would like to do a class action but they will probably self implode before we could drag their sorry buttocks into court. So, good riddance, we hope, to these heartless Brahmin bulls who treat their employees as outcastes.
