On their site, it reads: "Quality transcription - our growth speaks for itself. Our client base has largely come from referrals and our highly qualified transcriptionists are matched to suit each client. Canadian owned and operated, typists and employees work and live within Canada. We do not outsource transcription." What part about typists and employees work and live within Canada don't you understand? Unless the company is bold-face lying on their site. That would not be reassuring either.
