You work either Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat. You get time and a half line rate for working holidays. Once you have any PTO built up, you can request a holiday off (not guaranteed if too many people ask off) and use your PTO to cover. Under 30 hours, no PTO and no time and a half holidays, but they are flexible about letting you flex (with permission) if you need some time off here or there. I work under 30 and Tues-Saturday, so I have most holidays off that fall on a Monday.
