Yes, there is a lot of work but mostly 2nd shift and overnight. There are benefits if you work 30-40 hours (and sometimes OT for over 40 if they really get backlogged). They are very different to work for. You have to be on a messaging system when on-line. They do not penalize for blanks, and the line rates go up progressively after a certain amount of lines. One account they have is also a beast with multiple, convoluted specs for each work type and sometimes even individual dictators. All work is 99% ASR and their ASR software is just awful, lots of editing; but if you are fast and good at ASR, you might make out okay. As I said before, they work things very differently, so if you can get used to their ways, you might like it. No one is really mean or nasty to you, but they expect you to do a good job. You have to undergo a background check and a drug test. When I hired on, there was not a test, but that may have changed since we have a new operations manager starting since Jay left.
