but essentially for ASR with benefits, you start at 0.0375 lph for 0-15,999, then it goes up in increments of 0.025 lph until you get to 19,999 (2nd tier) and so on and so forth. So for every 4000 lines, it goes up to the next tier. There are 5 tiers. The top tier is 30,000 plus and that is 0.0475 lph. Without benefits, tack on an extra 0.025 lph to all the above figures. If you are part-time, forget about getting out of the first tier, because they don't prorate the amount of lines needed to move up, so you'll always be stuck in tier 1.
