Instead of whatever it is they're doing.
Honestly, is there a reason they don't merge or sell with an actual real MTSO instead of this slow drip of water torture while they ambitiously attempt to make us obsolete?
MModal sounds terrible too, but at the very least it is a transcription company, so why not merge with them or let them buy you out?
It's almost like the entire company has the mentality of the odious FIESA and instead of coming up with constructive solutions which everyone can work with (and keep their jobs) and there is some carrot instead of all the time stick, they just destroy destroy destroy and pull the rug out from under you every time.
I guess in the face of it we, ourselves, their employees, are actually in competition with their ultimate goal of doing away with us via Dragon, EHR, etc., so perhaps they would rather wait until they can completely decimate anything which may require the necessity of an MT to do some little bit of work before they just declare bankruptcy or whatever they are planning.
Ugh. You're a mean one, Nuance.
