I have a proposal to start with M*Modal. I am currently employed somewhere else for slightly less, but I have the ability to flex my hours during the day without getting in trouble or having to go through an approval process. The minimums are set at easy reach. So, I get paid less, but have a lot less stress. The audits are pretty good. My email is full of positive words. I am only looking because it would be nicer to have a higher check and because files are not always avaiable...unless I hunt them down outside of my schedule. What do you experienced M*Modal employees think? Stay where I am or join the M*Modal team?
