keyboard time to time clock time. If you are out of work, you cannot just jump in whenever to make it up, there is an approval process and it is monitored. Also, there are periods of time where you go NJA for months on end. If you have flexibility and that is something you really enjoy, you are not going to like it here. Everything is monitored, audits (must maintain 99.65 always), timeclock/platform active working time, hard to have PTO approved for days you want, etc.). While the pay may be higher, if you constantly run out of work, that higher rate means nothing.
