With my first MTSO, we were asked to sign up for daily work assignments in advance (monthly), indicating how many minutes each day we would commit to transcribing. They considered 120 minutes full time. You could also watch the queue to see how busy the hospital was and be able to tell if it would be alright to take a shorter day or do extra work. I sure miss TMWC!
