I negotiate higher pay for IC jobs. There are MTSOs which value life experience and age. There are many more MTSOs which do not advertise versus the few that do. Go to an AHDI meeting and find out. Don't believe everything you read on this site. So many people seem to think that there is only one viewpoint.
